In the video, Aamir suggests that his workout routine includes exercises such as playometric push-ups, deadlifts and dead hands, as well as cardio. In fact, during a gym workout, the actor looks so impressed by himself that he says to his trainer, “I made it, I can’t believe it!”

‘Most people want to be fit’
