This usually occurs later when people experience allergies and piles of infection, mainly in the ears, nose and throat. The doctor suggested post -Holi suggestions to stay healthy:

Put salty drop:

The colors rich in Holi contain synthetic chemicals and fine powder that increase the nostrils, sneezing, run by nose, and suffer from allergies. To close your nostrils, still insert a saline nose drop to dislike all impurities.

Clean ears after playing Holi:

Along with Holi, water and colored powder exposure can cause ear infections.
