Summer Skin Care Tips: Most of the skin related problems occur in summer. In such a situation, it is good to use powder to keep the skin dry. Also, one should drink more water so that the skin remains hydrated. Juicy and red-yellow fruits should be consumed as much as possible. Antioxidant rich foods should be included in the diet. This includes fruits like mango and papaya. The face should be washed with cold water three to four times a day.

Cleansing- If you want glowing skin, then cleaning the skin is very important. Don’t forget to remove makeup before sleeping. For this, use good quality makeup remover or cleanser. Eyes are a sensitive part of our body, so use a remover with more oil to remove eye makeup. Remember, the chemicals present in makeup can harm your skin.

wash face- Wash your face with soap free face wash. Do this work even before sleeping at night. Massage the face with face wash for 1-2 minutes. Then wash with clean water. Do not leave it on the face for a long time. Due to this your skin will lose moisture.

hydrate- It is very important to hydrate the face properly during the summer season. For this, take some cream and a few drops of water on the palm. Mix well and massage the face. This cream will moisturize and hydrate your skin overnight.

Drink plenty of water- Like the body, it is very important to drink water to keep the skin glowing and healthy. Drink at least 1-2 glasses of water before sleeping at night. It helps in removing harmful toxins present in your skin.

Clean the bed- Many times, due to the dust present in the pillow or bedsheet, rashes or infection occur on the skin. In such a situation, clean the bed thoroughly before sleeping. Change pillowcases and sheets within a week. Use only silk, satin and cotton bedsheets because their fabric is soft. This does not cause skin problems.

Moisturize the body- In summer, people often become careless about moisturizing their body. It is important to moisturize the body even in summer. Clean face and body with mild cleanser twice a day. Apply alcohol-free toner on the face. After this apply water based moisturizer with SPF up to 30. Use good quality lotion on the body. Those who have sensitive skin should use salicylic based face wash.
