American negotiator arrived in Russia on Thursday to submit his plan of a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine. But Russia has not agreed to the ceasefire at the moment.

However, no official information has been given yet about the subjects and scope of negotiation. The development has come to light after Trump’s statement in which he expressed the possibility of interaction with Russia. At the same time, a top ally from Kremlin criticized the US-Ukrainian proposal for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine on Thursday, saying that it would be just a “relief” for the Ukrainian army.

The grant was originally started in 2023 with $ 25 million, which was increased to $ 50 million in 2024. Its purpose was to strengthen the energy sector of Ukraine. In April 2022, the Fund was established by Ukrainian Energy Minister and EU Energy Commissioner.
