New Delhi: Director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s upcoming film ‘The Delhi Files: Bengal Chapter’ is set for release in theaters. Meanwhile, the director shared a post on social media and criticized the Mamta Banerjee government of West Bengal. Vivek, while counting seven reasons on the social media platform X, has said that the Mamata Banerjee government has made Bengal in a state of making ‘Mini Kashmir’.
Vivek wrote in the post, ‘Seven reasons have been revealed about the careful Mamta Banerjee government being worried about West Bengal. First, the demographic change being spread by the government in Bengal is real. Second, Bengal was divided on communal basis in 1905 due to demographic change. Third, 40 thousand Hindus were murdered on ‘Direct Action Day’ and due to this, Demography was due to this. Thousands of Hindus were murdered in Noakhali and women were raped and forcibly converted and this also happened due to demography.

The upcoming film ‘The Delhi Files: Bengal Chapter’ is based on the Kolkata riots of 1946.
