New Delhi. The year 2024 is about to end and it is leaving behind many experiences with itself. There are some good and some bad in this. But one thing which remained a topic of discussion throughout the year is AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence. While AI made people’s work easier, some of its negative sides were also seen. Scams with the help of AI will make a big dent in the year 2024. Many cases of deepfakes were also seen. Even famous personalities became its victims. This content being created through AI looks so real that even if you want, you cannot understand whether it is actually the celebrity speaking or it is the magic of AI.

It is also creating challenges for the content uploaded on YouTube, because due to this it has become difficult to understand what is the authentic content. To deal with this, YouTube is preparing to launch a tool which will instantly tell whether the celebrity in a video has been copied or is real with the help of AI. This will help protect YouTube creators and celebrities from misuse of their identity. For this, YouTube has joined hands with Creative Artist Agency (CAA), which will help YouTube in this work.

This new tool from YouTube will help creators use artificial intelligence to identify videos in which their face, voice or identity has been copied. They can also ask to remove such content from YouTube. If reports are to be believed, YouTube is planning to launch it next year. Initially it will be made available to celebrities and athletes. Later it will be rolled out for top creators, influencers and other professionals on the platform.
