Ermitri Fort
Ermitri Fort, also known as Dongri Fort, was built in 1739 during the Maratha rule. The fort is situated on the seashore and offers views of the northern part of Vasai Fort, Borivali National Park, and Essel World. This fort is well preserved by the surrounding church and the local people.
Cross Island Fort
Cross Island Fort, known as Chinal Tekdi, is located in Mumbai Harbour. It is situated between Fort Dockyard Road and Elephanta Island. The ruins of a fort along with oil refineries and gas storage structures are also present here. About 400 meters away from the ferry wharf, this place can be reached by speedboat or ferry.
