stop restricting yourself

Instead of putting food on hold, we should develop the mindset that we can have any food, at any time of the day. This can help us avoid gobbling up foods as soon as we get them. This mindset can also come in handy when we’re on vacation, or eating cheat meals.

forgive yourself

Losing weight and recovering from binge eating requires a lot of love and forgiveness towards yourself. We must remember that progress is not linear, and we are allowed to make mistakes. Instead of focusing on mistakes, we should learn to move on from the past and focus on our health.
