Nonu, an Indian digital creator, often shares information about her weight loss journey. She lost more than half her body weight and went from 130 kg to 64 kg. In a recent post on her Instagram account, @nonuphile, she has listed out seven unexpected changes you may encounter after losing weight, like people taking you ‘seriously’ or your shoe size changing. “Hello, if you are trying to lose weight like me, then you need to know these few things that you may face after losing all the weight,” he said in the video.

Nonu then shared a list of things to expect after drastic weight loss. Here’s what he said:

loose skin

“Losing that much weight will leave you with a lot of loose skin. I had mine operated on and removed (pointing to his arms). But I still have it in some places (holding her stomach),” she said.

sensitivity to cold

“With less body fat, you may feel cold all the time, like I do,” Nonoo said.

different treatment

“Everyone will treat you differently, even your ‘bro friends’ may start flirting with you. Plus, people take me a lot more seriously now.”

physical deformity

Nonu also said, “Body dysmorphia may persist.” When you are fat you think that losing all the weight will solve all your problems; No, that won’t happen. In my mind, I’m still a fat person. It can be a little difficult sometimes.”

shoe size

He further said, “The shape of the shoe keeps changing. I used to wear a UK 9 and now a UK 8 or even a 7.5 fits me.

discomfort in sitting

“Sitting on hard surfaces is not as comfortable. “I am not very fat now,” Nonu said.

He further said, “So the belts, seat belts are extremely long. The towels are too big.”
