The woman who lost an impressive 4 kg in a month shared the key habits that helped her achieve visible body changes.
Weight loss requires discipline and consistency. Although it is easy to get discouraged, it is possible with dedication and motivation and most importantly, create habits that will help you stay on track. Bulbul Thakkar lost 4 kg weight in a month. She shared 6 basic steps on Instagram that helped her get closer to her fitness goals.

1. Build one habit at a time
He shared, “Don’t try to do everything at once as it will put your body into a state of shock. “Make it a habit every week.” Time is required to adjust to a new exercise or diet. When you embark on a weight loss journey, if everything is added together, it becomes very heavy for the body.
2. Make a workout plan and stick to it
Bulbul reminded that it is important to stick to a particular workout plan. It gradually increases stamina and improves fitness.

3. Calculate your calorie intake
It is important to take care of calorie consumption. He suggested calculating the calories of daily food. Especially for those in deficit, counting calories is important. Bulbul advised using calorie calculator apps for accurate calorie calculations. This exercise helps you understand whether you are overeating, undereating, or meeting your needs.
4. Stick to a calorie budget
Bulbul highlighted that it is very important to stick to the calorie budget and keep your protein intake adequate. Protein is an integral part of a balanced diet. Whereas calorie budget is how many calories you need to consume each day as per your goal.
5. Drink water to overcome cravings
Cravings are very common during a diet, but Bulbul suggests drinking water to curb cravings. He called it a ‘double win’ as it will not only hydrate you but also keep you in calorie deficit.
6. 30 minutes cardio
Bulbul considered 30 minutes of cardio as a gamechanger. Even 30 minutes of cardio is effective for weight loss.
