Stay hydrated

He shared a list of foods that are full of vitamins A and C:

- Guava
- Orange
- Leafy greens
- Papaya
- Carrot

Nutritionist also shared a list of food items with healthy fats:
- valley
- olive oil
- Walnut
- Almond
- Avocado
- Chia
- Coconut
- Pumpkin seeds
Adequate protein intake
The nutritionist warned against compromising on protein intake. Protein is important in balanced diet. He revealed that there should be at least 1 gram of body weight protein.
