Richa Gangni dropped 7 kg in just 3 weeks with an intermittent fasting diet plan, consumed food in an 8-hour window, and fasted for 16 hours.

Richa Gangani is a nutritionist who shares the sniphets of his weight loss trip, which regularly has weight loss tips related to diet and lifestyle changes on his Instagram profiles. On 5 March, Richa shared a video describing her fasting diet, which helped her lose 7 kg in just 21 days.
“I lost 7 kg of anti-inflammatory fasting intermittently in 21 days and this is what I ate for weight loss and glowing skin in a day. I went from 63 kg to 56 kg, cured my inflammation and was the best skin, ”Richa wrote in the caption. Here is the diet that Richa followed for rapid weight loss:
at 9 am: 5 anti -inflammatory tea for weight loss and intestine health.
11 am: Vegetarian high protein dark chocolate chia seed pudding overnight.
3 pm : 100 grams grilled tofu salad with 100 grams of green salad and avocado. Richa said that she used her homemade vitamin C dressing to make delicious.
5 pm: 30 grams of whey separate protein shake.
at 7 pm,
8 o’clock at night: Anti -blot tea to get rid of blotting and weight loss.
“I start my dining window at 11 am and finish it by 7 pm. I follow the 16 -hour fast and 8 hours of dining window. I have seen amazing consequences of fasting fasting for my weight loss and intestine health, ”Richa shared how intermittent fasting has helped her.
