Bollywood actor Akshaye Khanna was just five years old when his father, Vinod Khanna, in 1982, retired to become a disciple of his successful career and family and became a disciple of spiritual guru Osho (Acharya Rajneesh). He moved to Oregon (United States) to live in Osho’s commune. As a young child, Akshay could not fully understand his father’s decision, but as he grew up and read about Osho himself, he understood his father’s mindset deeply.
