Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur became parents of a baby boy on 7 February. The couple named their newborn baby Vardaan. Vikrant and Sheetal also dropped a beautiful new picture on Instagram, where they shared the first glimpse of their baby. Vikrant and Sheetal revealed the name of their son
On Friday, Vikrant Massey made a joint post with Sheetal in which they shared the name of their newborn baby. In the caption, she wrote: “No less than a blessing…we named him Vardaan!!! (Red heart emoticon)” In English language boon means blessing. In their first picture, Vikrant and Sheetal are seen smiling in pink outfits. Little Vardaan sleeping in Sheetal’s lap was looking cute as a button. In the next picture there was a cute toy with the name ‘Vardaan’ written on it.
Earlier this month, Vikrant and Sheetal had shared a personal note that read, “07.02.2024 Because we have become one. We are bursting with joy and love as we announce the arrival of our son. Love, Sheetal and Vikrant.” Many actors like Rasika Duggal, Bhumi Pednekar and Shobhita Dhulipala congratulated the couple in the comments. Vikrant announced that he and Sheetal are expecting their first child in September last year.

Vikrant was last seen in 12th Fail, due to which he got immense love from the audience. Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, 12th Fail narrates the life of Manoj Kumar Sharma, who rises from extreme poverty to become an IPS officer. Vikrant’s performance as Manoj also earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Actor (Critics). 12th Fail was released in theaters on October 27 last year.
He will next be seen in The Sabarmati Report alongside Raashi Khanna and Riddhi Dogra. It will hit the screens on May 3.
