Reporting directly to Weimer, Jowers will focus on BGCSV’s leadership team to set strategic priorities and establish metrics for success, with the BGCSV Director focusing on board recruitment and engagement, and strategic external partnership opportunities. Will become a major partner for the division. Jowers will also assume leadership responsibilities to ensure BGCSV’s compliance with Boys & Girls Clubs of America membership requirements, government administrative requirements, and other operational requirements of a non-profit organization.
