New Delhi. The Unified Mobile Application for New-Eye Governance (UMANG) app of the Government of India has many benefits. For example, you can learn about scholarship scheme, you can use this app from pension, passport, LPG gas to domicile certificate. Another very important benefit of this app is that with the help of this you can easily invest money from your Employees Provident Fund (EPF) account. For this, you do not have to submit any paper and easily go to the money from PF account.

First of all, you know that UMANG app is a government app. This app has been prepared so that you should get different digital services at one place. This app is managed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity) and the National E-Governance Division (NEGD). Even though it takes a simple to watch the app, it gives more than 1,200 services to more than 200 departments. It also includes EPFO ​​services like checking PF balance, transfer and extract.

Are you eligible for PF from Umang?

1. Linked Aadhaar and UAN- Your Universal Account Number (UAN) should be connected to your Aadhaar.

How to pay PF money from Umang
1. Install Umang App first. It is present on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
2. Now register and log in.
3. OTP will come on your registrated number, verify it and log in.
4. Go to the homepage of the app and click on EPFO ​​section.
5. Click on Employee-Center Services here and select Raise Claim.
6. Now enter your UAN and again enter OTP on mobile.
7. Now fill the claim form. You want to pay the entire money of PF or some part of it.
8. Fill the necessary details and also give these reasons why you want to make money.
9. Submit the application. For this, you may need a medical certificate or education proof.
10. After submitting the application, keep checking its status. The app has a Track Claim section, in which you can check status.
