UK Global Talent Visa: From eligibility criteria to documents, you need to know everyone

About global talent visa:

Applicants who are at least 18 years old can apply for a global talent visa to work in the UK if they are a leader or potential leader in one of the following areas:

• Academist
• Art and culture
• digital technology

Applicants receiving global talent visas can work up to 5 years at a time in the UK.

According to the official website, there is no limit to how long no one can live in the UK in time, but when it is finished, they will need the visa to renew (expand ‘). Each extension can last from 1 to 5 years – you choose how long the applicant wants extension. Applicants can be able to get indefinite leave so that they can settle in the UK after 3 or 5 years, it depends on which field they work and how they apply.

According to the official website, it costs £ 716 to apply it.

If the applicant is applying based on a support, they will pay £ 716 in two parts:

£ 524 when they apply for support

£ 192 when they apply for visa only

If the applicant is applying based on a qualified award, they will pay full £ 716 while applying for the visa.

Necessary documents:

• A valid passport or other documents that show your identity and nationality
• Tuberculosis test results if you are from a country where you have to test
• If you have an award or scholarship to study in the UK in the previous year, you will also need written permission to apply from the agency or government that provided it.
• If your documents are not in English or Welsh, you will also have to provide a certified translation.
• If you are from EU, EEA or outside Switzerland, then an empty page in your passport for your visa.
