Kerala: Vattathai is a waterfall that flows in a circle between small rocks. There are beautiful hills and mountains on both sides of the river. How to Reach Thiruvananthapuram Pallikal
You can reach this waterfall by covering a distance of four kilometers from Thiruvananthapuram Pallikal. Here it is not like normal waterfalls falling from above. This waterfall falls through small rocks. Here you will get to see only natural beauty.
Ithikkara Mountain Range
Vattattilar is a listed area of the District Tourism Promotion Council. The waterfall is on the border of Pallikal Gram Panchayat of Thiruvananthapuram district and Chadayamangalam Gram Panchayat of Kollam district. Vattattilar is located at a distance of 56 km originating from the Madattara Mountains and falls under the Ithikkara Mountain Range.

Vattatal is characterized by three rocky hills. Mayiladtum Para, Podiyan Chatta Para and Azhamalapa are guarding the waterfalls in Vattatam. The view from the top of these three rocks is amazing. The surroundings of Vattatilar are filled with many rocks and beautiful slopes. In the evening you will get to see a beautiful sunset here. From here you can easily travel to Jadayu Para and other tourist places in Kollam district.
