Dr. Vidya Gupta, Home Science Scientist of Agricultural Science Center, Niamatpur, said that calcium, phosphorus, potassium and Vitamin B are found in good quantity in soybean. Apart from this, Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are found in it. Which are very beneficial for heart health. This reduces the chances of contracting many diseases.

Will reduce bad cholesterol
Like vegetables and grains, soybean has low cholesterol content. In fact, the study has also shown that if you include soybean in your regular diet. So it also helps in reducing bad cholesterol.

Dr. Vidya Gupta told that a healthy person should consume about 100 grams of soybean in a day. Soybean can be eaten in many ways. Soybean can be eaten by making vegetable or by preparing many dishes from soybean flour.

Dr. Vidya Gupta told that boil soybean dal for about half an hour and dry it. After that, if you mix 1 kg soybean with 9 kg wheat and grind it, protein rich flour will be ready. Which you can eat daily by making puri or roti.
