Vivo’s new phone Vivo V40e is set to enter India today. The launch of the phone will start at 12 noon, and the teaser for this has already gone live. Vivo has also announced that this phone can be purchased from Flipkart and the company’s official website. The company has officially revealed some special features of the upcoming Vivo V40e in the teaser. Apart from this, it has also been revealed that this device will be made available in two color options – Royal Bronze and Mint Green. Let’s know what can be expected from Vivo’s new phone.

The Vivo V40e will feature a 6.77-inch 3D curved display that will come with full-HD+ (2392×1080) resolution. Its display will support 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10, P3 color gamut and 93.3% screen-to-body ratio.

If rumours are to be believed, the new phone can be expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is an upgrade over the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC on the Vivo V30e.

As for the camera, it has been revealed that the Vivo V40e will have a dual rear camera setup, which will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera with 2x portrait mode and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with Aura Light. The front of the phone will have a 50-megapixel Eye-AF sensor for selfies and video calling. Some AI features like AI photo enhancer, AI eraser will be available in the phone’s camera.

For power, like the Vivo V30e, the upcoming V40e will have a 5,500mAh battery, and it will come with 80W fast charging support.

There are rumors about the new phone that the base model of Vivo V40e can be priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000 in India. Let us tell you that Vivo V30e was launched with a starting price of Rs 27,999. Therefore, the price of the new phone can also be around this.
