Sometimes the essential things we can do to calm ourselves are simple — like taking a deep breath and feeling connected with our emotions.
The morning time sets the tone for the day – this is a popular saying and it holds true for every morning of our lives. When we start the morning mindfully and slowly plan for the day ahead, our day is likely to be fruitful, healthy, productive and happy. How we wake up in the morning, how we address our stress and tensions and how we start the day prepares us for the day ahead. It is important that we do not rush in the morning but take our time to charge the body and mind and plan the day in advance.

How to practice mindful breathing?
Find a comfortable place indoors. If possible, it is advisable to stay close to nature while doing this. Find a spot in the garden or on the terrace and sit in a comfortable position.
