19-year-old farmer Shubhawari Chauhan, resident of Saharanpur, has prepared a special jaggery in view of the winter. People get a lot of relief by consuming it in winter. Shubhawari tells that she does completely organic farming in 40 acres of land. Out of this, she has grown sugarcane organically in 15 acres and prepares jaggery from that sugarcane in her own crusher. It produces 400 to 500 quintals of jaggery every year.

This time, keeping in mind the winter season, Shubhawari has prepared linseed jaggery because earlier elders used to make linseed laddus and eat them. Due to this, there was no problem of pain in his knees and body. Today’s people have forgotten those flaxseed laddus. This jaggery flaxseed is very beneficial for joint pain, weak bones, hair problems or even face problems. There is a good demand for flaxseed jaggery. Shubhavari’s jaggery is in demand not only in India but also in foreign countries. Shubhawari tells that she has received orders from Paris, Germany and Dubai.

Farmer Shubhawari Chauhan told Local 18 that she has 40 acres of land, out of which she cultivates organic sugarcane in 15 acres. Since she has her own crusher, she prepares jaggery from whole sugarcane. She has prepared many varieties of jaggery before but this time she has prepared a new variety of jaggery. This time he has prepared linseed jaggery. Flaxseed is very hot and laddus are made from it and eaten in winter.

Shubhawari says that a lot of demand is coming from Paris, Germany and Dubai. He is producing 400 to 500 quintals of jaggery every year.
