Actually here we are talking about Tata Tiago. It competes with cars like Maruti Alto, S-Presso, Celerio and WagonR in its segment. The most special thing about this car is its safety rating. Because, nowadays the interest towards safe cars has increased among the customers in the market. But, cars in the budget segment are not that far ahead in terms of safety. Whereas Tata Tiago, despite being a budget segment car, comes with good build quality and has got 4-stars in NCAP crash test. Tata Tiago is available in the market at prices starting from Rs 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 8.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Tiago engine
This car has a 1.2-litre petrol engine which generates power of 86Bhp and torque of 113Nm. This car also comes in CNG option. The option of 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearbox is available with this engine. As far as mileage is concerned, according to the company, its mileage in petrol is 19.01kmpl. At the same time, it can be run up to 26.49km on one kg of CNG.

This car has features like 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, projector headlights with LED DRLs, rear defogger and back wiper. It also includes features like 8-speaker sound system, automatic climate control and cooled glovebox. In terms of safety, it has the support of dual front airbags, rear parking sensor, ABS with EBD and cornering stability control for passenger safety.
