The Harley-Davidson X440 has a 440cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that generates maximum power of 26 hp and maximum torque of 38 Nm. This engine is linked to a 6-speed gearbox through assist and slipper clutch.

It is a premium segment motorcycle with a circular LED headlamp with DRL, LED tail-lamp and retro-shaped LED turn indicators. Its top-spec S variant has a semi-digital instrument cluster with connectivity features. Spoke wheels are available in the base denim variant of X440. The Vivid and S trims come with alloy wheels and diamond cut alloy wheels.
