High quality audio: Premium members are getting new audio enhancements. This means that now they will be able to enjoy high quality 256kbps audio with more clarity and depth on music videos.

Picture-in-Picture for YouTube Shorts on iOS: YouTube has started this new feature for iPhone users. They will be able to browse or check messages while watching their favorite shorts on YouTube.

Smart Download for YouTube Shorts on iOS: The shorts you have recommended or selected will be automatically downloaded for offline viewing.

‘Proceed’ on the web: Earlier this feature was available only on mobile. Now you can easily skip parts of the video while browsing even on web browser.

Fast playback speed on mobile: Soon, you’ll be able to enhance your viewing experience with up to 4x playback speed options on mobile devices.

Special bundle with Google One
In the US, Google has introduced a bundled membership option for its paid users that combines YouTube Premium with the Google One Premium plan. This bundle includes ad-free YouTube, 2 TB cloud storage, and extra Google One features at a relatively low price.
