Include these things in your diet…
• First of all, include bottle gourd in your diet, because bottle gourd contains 90% water and due to the absence of much oil and spices, it works as a panacea, especially in the summer season. It is especially beneficial for the liver, it keeps the liver cool.

• Secondly, the most important thing is cumin. Its effect is cold. Try to use more cumin powder in your food. For example, you can use cumin in curd or you can add cumin powder to buttermilk and drink it.

• Third, most important is to eat plenty of salad. Especially take plenty of cucumbers, radishes and tomatoes in your salad because it contains fiber which will keep your digestive system healthy. Secondly, it also contains 90% water which will keep your body hydrated and will also help in digesting food.

• Fourth, fruits can include either watermelon or melon, because it contains 99% water and many nutrients, which increases the immunity system of your body and helps in the production of new cells in the body. Helps in construction. By consuming this you will not have the problem of heat stroke.

• Raw onion can also be used in food. Apart from this, try to drink at least three liters of water a day. Due to not drinking water, problems like headache may occur after going out in the sun. If you consume all these things every day, then even during summer days you will feel coolness like Kashmir from inside.
