There are many fruits in this season which have a wealth of health benefits. But they should not be consumed even by mistake in this summer season. Because the nature of these fruits is very hot which can make you sick in summer.

Avoid eating figs
Figs should not be consumed in this summer season. Figs are very hot. If you want to consume them, then before eating them, you have to soak them in water for half an hour. After that you can eat them.

Dates are very beneficial but people should avoid consuming dates in summer season. Due to this, you may suffer from stomach related problems.

Avoid dry fruits
