monday:
For Monday, she started her day with jumping jacks, crunches, planks, and bodyweight squats. For meal planning, she likes to create salads consisting of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and plenty of vegetables.
Tuesday:
It is important for the body to start adjusting to small changes in diet and exercise routine. For Tuesday, the woman chose a low-impact workout of walking and running. For his diet, he prepared a high-protein breakfast with cottage cheese, granola, bananas, blueberries and honey.

Wednesday:
Wednesday was dedicated to leg workouts with jumps, skipping, burpees, jumping squats, sumo squats, lunges, calf raises and stair sprints. For breakfast and lunch, vegetable-rich meals were consumed, while for dinner, a protein-rich thali was chosen.
Thursday:
Thursday was for upper body workout and cardio. He points out that cardio is not enough to make the body fit and fine – it is important to tone the muscles with pushups. As for diet, he followed a comprehensive meal plan rich in proteins, carbs, vegetables, fruits and milk.
Friday:
Friday is the day for arm workout and the best way to do so is with lunges, jumping jacks, burpees, pushups, shadow punches, planks and triceps dips. As for food, a vegetable-rich diet can be followed.
Saturday:
This day was dedicated to reducing the beer belly with this workout – Stairwells, Jumping Jacks, Skipping, Burpees, Sidekicks, Jumping Twists, Russian Twists and Side Plank. As for diet, Saturday was considered a cheat day – carbs were avoided and protein was consumed.

sunday:
For Sunday, the lady did an intense cardio session using the strength she gained from her workout routine throughout the week. He further said that cheat meals can be consumed on this day.
