The effect of the budget is visible! iPhones have become cheaper, Apple has reduced the prices of these 7 models

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made many big announcements in the budget (Budget 2024). One of them is that the government has reduced the custom duty on mobile phones and chargers. The government has reduced the custom duty on mobile and charger from 20% to 15%. That is, now 5% less will have to be paid on the purchase of mobile phone and charger. After this announcement, Apple has made a big cut in the price of its iPhone. Network18’s partner website Moneycontrol has confirmed the prices on Apple’s online store and it has been learned that the prices have been officially reduced.

Let us tell you that this is the first time that Apple has cut prices a few months before the launch of the new iPhone model, which is expected in September 2024.

Apple iPhone 15 Pro was launched at an initial price of Rs 1,34,900 and iPhone 15 Pro Max at Rs 1,59,900. But after the cut, now the iPhone 15 Pro is available for Rs 1,29,800 and the iPhone 15 Pro Max is being made available for Rs 1,54,000. The price of the iPhone 15 Pro has been reduced by Rs 5,100 while the price of the iPhone 15 Pro Max has been reduced by Rs 5,900.

On the other hand, let us tell you that the prices of the ‘vanilla’ iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models have also been reduced marginally. The prices of iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus have been reduced by just Rs 300 and now they are available at Rs 79,600 and Rs 89,600 respectively.

The price of Apple iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 has been reduced marginally by Rs 300. The price of the affordable iPhone SE has been reduced by Rs 2,300.

Apart from this, iPhone SE is now being made available for Rs 47,600 and earlier its price was Rs 49,900. Apple iPhone 13 is being sold for Rs 59,600 and iPhone 14 for Rs 69,600.
