What happens when you eat kiwi every day
In his post, Dr. Sood broke science behind science as to why this fruit fruit is entitled to a regular place in your diet. He writes, “Kiwi is shown not only to repair DNA damage, but also stimulate DNA repair, and research to support it.”
He explains that the power of fruit is contained in its antioxidant materials, especially in vitamin C and vitamin E which helps reduce the damage to our DNA by oxidative stress. But it does not stop there. Dr. Sood explains that Kiwi actively moves a step further by stimulating an important cellular process, which is an important cellular process that helps maintain genetic stability by correcting DNA damage.
He further says, “When we protect our DNA, in fact our health means that we are reduced our risk of cancer, slowing down the aging process, increasing our immune system and protecting our brain.” According to him, it has far -reaching effects, not only in the context of the prevention of the disease, but also in supporting overall longevity and vitality.

A study published in advances in food and nutrition research examined the impact of kavifruit on DNA integrity.
