‘Tumbbad’ was a critical success, receiving 8 nominations at the 64th Filmfare Awards, winning 3 for Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction and Best Sound Design. ‘Tumbbad’ was the first Indian film to be screened in the Critics’ Week section at the 75th Venice International Film Festival.
