Bollywood actor and Kajol’s younger sister Tanisha Mukherjee recently opened up in an interview with a male feminist about her weight loss journey and learned the valuable lessons on the way.
Tanisha revealed, “I lost a lot of weight in a very short time. Now, you can’t keep ABS for women for a long time.” Describing the underlying reason, he said, “Fat is very important in a woman’s body. Fat makes estrogen production. Tanisha over hormonal changes and weight gain
He opened up about the hormonal changes focused further, emphasized how he affected his weight. “In the body of men, there is only one hormone, testosterone, but women have 36,000 hormones. We are children manufacturers,” Tanisha shared. He explained that after acute weight loss for Neil Ann Nikki, her body passed through ups and downs, and despite her frequent workout routine, her weight continued to gain. He said, “After the shooting of Neil Ann Nikki, my hormones went up and down, and I just started losing weight. It doesn’t matter how much work I did, my weight kept increasing.”
‘Your body needs carbs’
Tanisha also shared her experience with restrictive dieting and said, “At that time, I did not understand that you cannot be on low carb diet indefinitely because your brain requires carbs. Your body needs carbs. Carbs require. ” He accepted an overboard with a no-carb, no-sugar diet and consumption-consuming protein shake, which now reveals that he was not durable. “Your liver gets tired,” he said, pure and emphasized the importance of learning to detox.
On fitness, Tanisha explained, “Workout is to mold your body to a particular shape, but it is not going to lose your weight.” He revealed that this feeling inspired him to adopt yoga as a more holistic approach to welfare.
