Tahawwur Rana: He is a Canadian citizen of Pakistani origin. He is wanted in 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attacks. He has served in the Pakistan Army and is a former military doctor. In 2009, he was arrested in Denmark for a terrorist plot. He has also been convicted for providing material support to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
Arsh Dalla: Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla is a Khalistani terrorist. He is the leader of the banned organization Khalistan Tiger Force. He is hiding in Canada. He is wanted in more than 50 cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion and terrorist acts in India. He was declared a terrorist in January 2004.
Anmol Bishnoi: Anmol Bishnoi is the younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi. He is wanted in many high-profile cases in India. These include the murders of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala and politician Baba Siddiqui. He was arrested in the US last November for entering the country without valid documents.
Vijay Mallya: There is a case of loan default against Vijay Mallya of more than Rs 9,000 crore. He left India in 2016. He is currently in UK. Wanted in India for fraud after the collapse of Kingfisher Airlines. He was declared a fugitive in 2019.
Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi: Both Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi have been diamond traders. Both are the main accused in the Rs 14,000 crore PNB loan fraud case. Both of them left India in 2018. Both were arrested in London the same year. Nirav Modi now has no option against extradition to India. Mehul Choksi is now in Antigua.
