Sweet Potato Paratha Bites Recipe-

For flour:
– 1 cup wheat flour
– ½ cup ragi flour
– 4 cups of milk
– Salt as per taste
– Water as required

For filling:
– 250 grams of sweet potato (boiled and mashed)
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon lick masala
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (coarsely ground)
– ½ tablespoon mole
– A little green coriander
– Half lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation- Mix wheat and ragi flour in a bowl and add milk, salt and 1 tablespoon oil to it. Mix water as per the requirement and knead soft dough.

On the other hand, add mashed sweet potato and all spices in a separate bowl and mix well. Now make small dough balls and roll it down. Spread the filling on the rolled paratha and roll.

Cut it into small pieces and press lightly. Put light oil on the pan and bake these bites till it becomes golden from both sides. Serve it with curd dip or sauce of your choice.
