Challenging expectations about aging

He feels that his workouts give him a sense of control over his aging. She emphasized that there is nothing wrong with aging, but having a little control over how you age makes a difference, and she decided to extend her life by staying active. Teresa hopes to inspire people and change their mindset around age and fitness.

It’s never too late to start a fitness routine

Fitness routines are generally associated with youthful vitality, believing that only young people have the flexibility or vitality to lift weights, stretch, or tolerate the heavy intensity of a workout. Teresa reminded, however, that there’s no age to start a fitness routine. “I didn’t start lifting heavy until I was 50,” he said. I didn’t start paying attention to pull ups until I was 50. I was not an athlete. I think a lot of it is mentality as well. I think you can be 65 and feel like you’re 20 and you can be 20 and feel like 65.”

Teresa is an inspiration to those who believe that age should limit their potential. Even at the age of 65, her dedication and passion for fitness challenges the conventional perception of what is possible with increasing age. His pull-up videos are awe-inspiring for those who are looking to reset and get back on their fitness journey. She proves that with the right mindset, it’s never too late to pursue strength, health, and vitality.
