Sunidhi is fitter than ever

In the interview, Sunidhi’s fitness trainer Viraj Sarmalkar revealed that the singer lost five kilos in 10 days to film her recent glamorous dance number, Aankhe with actor Sanya Malhotra, in which the two donned ‘bikini-like outfits’ Was wearing.

Viraj said that Sunidhi consumes less than 1,200 calories a day as part of her calorie-restricted diet. The singer said she follows the principles of intermittent fasting and ‘the motivation for fasting was not only to lose weight, but also to give the intestines a rest.’

Sunidhi revealed that she fasts for 16 hours a day and thus eats all her food in 8 hours. She starts her day with eggs and sometimes a slice of sourdough bread.

“Ideally, you should break the fast with protein and fat,” he said. They are even more important than carbohydrates. If I feel hungry I take food. I only crave food around 5 pm. In the meantime, I can eat nuts, which keep me full for the next three hours. On days when I lift weights, i.e. two or three times a week, I also take a protein shake. My last meal is at 7.30 pm.
