53 -year -old Sunaina Roshan has changed an incredible weight loss. She credits a change in her food habits for her better stamina and health.

Sunaina Roshan, the sister of actor Hrithik Roshan, is open about her health conflicts. He was detected a rare form of cancer, cervical lymphoma. Additionally, he has also dealt with other health issues including fatty liver disease (grade 3). Sunaina, who has publicly talked about her health and weight loss trip, recently spoke in an Instagram video how she is ‘nourishing her body through the intestine’ and feeling stronger than ever. ‘I am here at 49 kg, all are stamina’

Sunaina Roshan said in the video, “Today, for me, respecting my body or respecting my body is more meaning than receiving respect from people. Today, I am about 49 kg, and before, when I was about 52–53 kg, I was underweight. ,

He said, “But what is keeping me strong, I am still nourishing my body through my stomach reset. At the age of 53, I had no stamina. I am here at 49 kg, which has all the stamina. So nourish your body with good food, good healthy food, really makes a difference. ,
