By embracing the right approach to style, you can protect your hair without compromising your style.

Here Dr. Suggestions shared by Jangid have been made:

1. Use heat protection spray:

Planning a protectant can reduce the effect of styling devices on the hair by creating a defensive shield on the surface of the hair shaft that seals into moisture.

2. Line the heat style:

Restricting the use of heat styling or using hetless strategies such as breading or rollers can probably preserve the hair surface.

3. Make sure your hair is covered in the sun:

Wearing a cap or scarf can protect against the contact with the sun -enabled sun on the hair and scalp.

4. Select hair care items with UV security:

Leave-in conditioners or serums that have UV filters can reduce the effect of sun contact on hair.

5. Moisturize hair:

You can lock intensive conditioning treatment, hair mask, or moisturizing fixing with light serums such as aloe-vera or coconut oil in moisture.

6. Use lukewarm or cold water:

Washing hair with cold water instead of hot water causes hair lubrication.

7. Avoid alcohol-based hair items:

Some hair objects contain alcohol, which can possibly increase dryness. Using alcohol -free items can protect hydration.

8. Experiment with defensive hairdos:

Brads, buns, or ponytails reduce the risk of the sun directly on the hair and scalp and reduce the need for frequent heat styles. A healthy skull is the key to healthy hair.

9. Hydrate yourself:

Water is an essential part of our life, and like your body, your hair also requires hydration. Make sure, you are drinking at least 2-3 liters of water/fluid per day.

Finally, Dr. Jangid concluded, “Hair reacts unexpectedly to everyone based on hereditary properties, hair types and normal hair care programs. If you experience constant hair loss, it is prudent to consult a dermatologist.”
