  • Stress and work pressure – Long -term working hours, financial concerns and career demands can tie the couple, which can reduce both emotional and physical intimacy.
  • hormonal imbalance – Changes in hormones can reduce libido and affect reproductive function due to stress, medical conditions, or lifestyle factors.

  • Last trauma – Unresolved emotional wounds, including previous relationships or personal experiences, can cause obstacles to intimacy.
  • Relationship struggle – Unrelated expectations about poor communication, unresolved conflict, or paternity can make a distance between partners.
  • Digital distraction – Excessive screen time, social media and technology can cause emotional disconnection, making it difficult for couples to prioritize their relationship.

How to affect the issues of intimacy

1. Increase in stress and anxiety – The conflict with intimacy can be emotionally heavy, causing chronic stress and anxiety. This, in turn, can disrupt the delicate balance of hormones such as cortisol, prolactin and gonadotropin, making conception more challenging.

2. Unhealthy copy system- Couples struggling with intimacy can turn into unhealthy habits as a way to deal with stress. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and poor diet options can affect fertility by reducing eggs and sperm quality. Additionally, a sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise can contribute to weight gain, which can further affect reproductive health.

3. Relationship struggle and misunderstanding- Lack of communication about intimacy, expectations and reproductive concerns can lead to misunderstandings and emotional distances. It can cause feelings of frustration, resentment and sadness – those feelings that have another negative effect of intimacy, thus producing a vicious cycle. A stressful relationship can make it difficult for joints to support each other through their reproductive journey.
