But the film witnessed a growth of 39.65% on its first Saturday, 43.98 crores and On Sunday, the film earned Rs 55.9 crores with a growth of 27.48%. On Monday, the film earned Rs 55.9 crores. It grossed Rs 37 crore, taking its total collection to Rs 37 crore in five days. Net income around Rs 228.45 crores.
The film crossed the $100 million mark on Sunday. According to the film’s producer Maddock Films, Stree 2 has crossed the figure of 283 crores worldwide. Stree 2 is a sequel to the 2018 film Stree, which continues from the previous film. Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana are in the lead roles, reprising their roles from the previous films. Varun Dhawan has a cameo as Bhediya.
