Power breakfast contains things rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals which help protect you from many diseases.

This type of breakfast also helps in maintaining your immunity and giving energy. If you also want to stay healthy and powerful, then definitely consume these three tasty breakfasts daily.

Punjabi Parantha Breakfast
This paratha can be made with paneer and vegetable filling. Parathas made with fenugreek or spinach filling are also very beneficial for health. Eat parathas made from multigrain flour instead of wheat and add a handful of gram flour to it. Serve it with fresh curd and use olive oil or pure ghee to make parathas. Apply it in small amounts on the paratha. The high amount of fiber present in these parathas helps in weight loss. The glycemic index of gram flour is low, which speeds up the process of burning calories in the body. Similarly, roti made from soybean flour has low fat. Which helps in weight loss.

Dosa with Chutney Breakfast
Instead of making dosa with plain rice, it is more beneficial to make it by mixing lentils in it. To increase the nutritional value of dosa, add oats, spinach puree or carrots to its batter. Serve it with coconut chutney. Dosa contains carbohydrates and protein, which strengthens bones and muscles. Dosa rich in minerals like iron and calcium is a better option for weight loss. Dosa is made by raising yeast in rice and urad dal, due to which it is easily digested.

It is beneficial to eat it between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not forget to wash the fruits thoroughly before eating. They contain adequate amount of fibers and vitamins.
