So as you step into your 30s, it is time to evaluate your skin needs. Dr. Jusya Bhatia Sarin, MD Dermatologist took some skincare products on Instagram, which usually targets skin problems facing people in the 30s.

Dr. Bhatia explained how fine lines, and pigmentation were common in the 30s skin conditions, especially dull. These are the initial signs of aging. It is important to adopt a consistent skincare routine targeting these problems.

Antioxidant serum

Dr. Bhatia highlighted the importance of incorporating ingredients such as vitamin C, vitamin E and ferulic acid in your skincare routine along with other effective antioxidants. He explained that these elements help protect the skin from environmental aggressive pollution and UV rays, which can accelerate signs of aging.

Hydrating moisture

He said that it is necessary to use more hydrating moisturizers in your 30s, as it requires more hydrating than what was trusted in its 20s. Explaining this, Dr. Jusya explained in detail that as we age, the activity of the oil gland decreases, causing skin skin. This dehydration makes fine lines and wrinkles more noticeable. A deep hydrating moisturizer helps replenish the lost moisture, giving it a more soft look.

Retinole

Dermet called retinol as ‘Skincare’s OG’. It has amazing transformational benefits. He explained that there is almost nothing. Retinol cannot do for your skin, as it improves the texture significantly. But he warned to start slow, as using very early can cause irritation.

Sunscreen

Everyone knows the value of sunscreen, so it is a brain that it is still in your skincare routine in the 30s.

Dr. Jusya warned that exiting sunscreen is intentionally similar to inviting sun damage. He insisted that SPF is non-parasical regardless of the weather. Even on cloud days, harmful UV rays can enter the skin, which can make daily sunscreen application to prevent premature aging, pigmentation and other skin concerns.
