Skoda Kylaq SUV now orders a waiting period up to four months.
Skoda India has launched the delivery and test drive of its Kilak SUV. Sub-compact SUVs that compete with rivals such as Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, and Hyundai Site, now they command up to four months on the basis of version. Skoda Kylaq SUV costs the price 7.89 lakhs and 14.40 Lakh (East-Shoreroom).
As Skoda Volkswagen is attacking AG’s product, Kailak is expected to play an important role. The check automaker is aiming to reduce the high demand of sub-compact SUVs in India. With the aim of promoting its market share in India, Skoda is planning to give 33,000 units in the first phase by May 2025. Most of these Kylaq models are placed for high-kalpna variants.

Power to Skoda Kailak is a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 113 bhp peak power and 178 Nm peak torque. This engine is placed for a six-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed torque converter automatic unit. The manual variant provides fuel efficiency of 19.05 kmpl while the automatic version provides efficiency of 19.68 kmpl.
Skoda Kailak: Waiting period
The Skoda Kailak SUV comes with an average waiting period between two months and four months. The base classic trim comes under the command of the highest waiting period of up to four months. The classic trim is available only with a manual transmission and has limited color options.
Skoda had stopped the first batch to get the order temporarily for the classic trim of the SUV. However, the automakers recently reopened the booking. The delivery of these bookings is expected only in the second batch.
The mid-level signature trim comes with an average waiting period that occurs between three to four months for both manual and automatic transmission-equipped variants. However, the waiting period for this version varies on color basis. Skoda Kailak’s top-tier signature+ and reputation trims are most easily available with an average waiting period of two to three months, regardless of color or gearbox.
