Dr. Archana Batra recommended these superfoods who should be added to the daily diet:
leafy greens:

Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kel and swiss precedence are rich sources of vitamins such as A, C, and K. They are also filled with antioxidants that fight inflammation.
Jamun:
