1. MG Gloster Facelift
The first upcoming 7 seater car in this list is MG Gloster Facelift. The MG Gloster SUV, launched in 2020, is now going to get a mid-life update in India. According to the information, the facelift version is currently undergoing testing and is expected to hit the market in the second half of 2024. According to some of the pictures that have surfaced, it reveals a larger front grille with updated and square elements and a more angular nose with satin black finish. Minor changes are expected to be made in the interior. 2024 MG Gloster facelift will be equipped with 2.0 liter turbo diesel engine. It is expected to get 4X4 along with 4X2 drivetrain options.

2. New Generation Toyota Fortuner
The best-selling premium 7-seater SUV in the Indian market, Toyota Fortuner, will be launched in the market as its next generation model this year. It is expected to be launched in late 2024. The new Fortuner will be based on Toyota’s advanced TNGA-F platform, which will also be used in the upcoming Tacoma pickup and Land Cruiser 300. The SUV will get a hybrid powertrain which will include a 2.8 liter turbo diesel engine with 48V mild hybrid technology. Besides, it will get many new features including ADAS technology.

3. New Generation Skoda Kodiaq
The new generation Skoda Kodiaq was revealed in late 2023, and is expected to be launched in India in the second half of 2024. It is 61 mm longer, 18 mm wider and 17 mm taller than the existing model, while there is no difference in the wheelbase. The 5-seater variant of Kodiaq has a boot space of 910 litres, while the 7-seater model has a boot space of 340 litres. Major changes have been made in its design and interior. The global-spec 2024 Kodiaq will be offered with multiple powertrains. These include 1.5L TSI petrol with mild hybrid technology (148 bhp), 2.0L TSI with AWD (201 bhp) and 2.0L TDI diesel (148bhp with FWD and 190 bhp with AWD). All engines will get 7-speed DSG gearbox as standard.

4. Kia EV9
Kia EV9 will be the company’s second electric offering in India. This will be the company’s flagship electric SUV, which will hit the market in the second half of 2024. In the global market, the EV9 comes with multiple powertrain options, including a 76kWh battery with rear-wheel drive, a 99.8kWh battery with rear-wheel drive, and an all-wheel drive option with dual-electric motors. It is claimed to have a range of 358 kilometers in the base variant and 541 kilometers in the high trim. The EV9 comes with a host of advanced features including a 12.3-inch driver display screen, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and wireless smartphone connectivity, 5.3-inch climate control screen, OTA updates, 14-speaker Meridian sound system, wireless phone charging .
