Sumit captioned his post, “It is easy to lose weight if you know what to eat and when to eat.” In his video, he suggests that cutting some ingredients such as milk, sugar, sophisticated flour and wheat can lead to a significant speed in your weight loss journey.

According to him, if you suit this approach, you can achieve a fit body like Sara Ali Khan in only two months. He also shares a simple diet that can help you shed extra weight. Here’s a look that he suggests:

Breakfast:
