New Delhi. If you are a fan of Samsung handsets then this week is going to bring a lot for you. Because this week Samsung is going to launch its Galaxy S25 series. There can be three handsets in this series – Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Media reports suggest the possibility of a Galaxy S25 slim edition also coming along. Korean smartphone company Samsung is going to launch this series on January 22.

Leaked specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25
According to Android Headlines, the Galaxy S25 may feature a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. All three variants of Galaxy S25 are expected to have Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

The vanilla S25 is likely to have 12GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options. Like last year, it can come with a 4,000mAh battery, which will support 25W wired fast charging. Wireless charging is also expected to be present in the S25, but it is not yet confirmed on which output it will be offered.

Talking about the camera, the phone is likely to have a 50MP primary sensor, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and 10MP 3x telephoto shooter. There is likely to be a 12MP shooter on the front. It will run on the latest OneUI 7 based on Android 15. The phone can also support eSIM, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.

Galaxy S25+ may have a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, which may come with 120Hz refresh rate. It may have 12GB RAM. The phone can be released in two variants 256GB and 512GB. It can have 4,900mAh battery and 45W wired fast charging support.

The S25+ is expected to have the same camera setup as the base model, with a 12MP ultra-wide-angle, 10MP telephoto, and a 50MP primary sensor along with a 12MP f/2.2 aperture lens on the front.

Leaked specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Galaxy S25 Ultra may have a 6.9-inch WQHD Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone may have 12GB RAM. These three variants can come in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. The phone can get 45W wired fast charging support with a 5,000mAh battery.

The S25 Ultra may have a 200MP primary shooter with a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto lens. There may be a 12MP shooter on the front for selfies.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series prices (leaked)
According to Tarun Vats (@tarunvats33), a user on X, the base model Samsung Galaxy S25 handset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage can be priced at ₹ 84,999. Whereas the price of 12GB + 512GB variant can be ₹ 94,999. The price of 12GB + 256GB model of Galaxy S25 + can be ₹ 1,04,999 and the price of 12GB + 512GB model can be ₹ 1,14,999. The top line Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be priced at ₹1,34,999 for the 12GB+256GB model, while the 16GB+512GB version is expected to be priced at ₹1,44,999. Whereas the price of 16GB + 1TB variant can be ₹ 1,64,999.
