A 32-year-old man from Rajasthan, accused of threatening to kill Bollywood actor Salman Khan, was caught in Karnataka and handed over to Maharashtra Police on Wednesday, officials said. The accused has been identified as Bhikha Ram, also known as Vikram, a resident of Jalore, Rajasthan. One arrested for threatening to kill Salman Khan
“Based on information received from Maharashtra ATS (Anti-Terrorist Squad), a person was caught in Haveri town and handed over today,” Haveri Superintendent of Police Anshu Kumar told PTI.
Police sources said the accused had stayed at various places in Karnataka before moving to Haveri about one and a half months ago. He told that he was working at construction sites and was living in a rented room in Gaudar Oni.
A police source said, “The accused was watching a regional news channel when he suddenly called the Mumbai Police control room and threatened to kill Salman Khan. He is a daily wage laborer and claims to be a fan of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. This is their version, but their detailed interrogation and further investigation will be done by our team and they have been handed over to Mumbai Police.”
Vikram’s threatening message to Salman Khan
“If Salman Khan wants to stay alive then he should go to our temple and apologize or pay up,” the threatening message said. 50 million. A case was registered against the accused person at Worli police station, he said.

Bishnoi was arrested late on Tuesday night and after interrogation, he was arrested by Worli Police. ” ” he said. He was produced before a local court for transit remand and is being brought to Mumbai, the officer said.
On the work front, Salman is currently shooting for Bigg Boss 18 and his next film Sikandar amid death threats. He was last seen in a cameo as the dabang character Chulbul Pandey in the post-credits scene of Rohit Shetty’s police drama Singham Again.
