Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started accepting applications for graduate level posts under Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC). Candidates can submit their applications for RRB NTPC 2024 on the official website of RRB at rrbapply.gov.in. The last date for submission is October 13.
This year, the recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 8113 graduate vacancies for various graduate posts including Chief Commercial/Ticket Supervisor, Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Junior Account Assistant/Typist and Senior Clerk/Typist. Also, the RRB NTPC application form for graduate posts will be available from September 21. The last date for the exam application is October 20, 2024.

RRB NTPC Recruitment: How to Apply?
Step 1. Visit the official webpage of RRB at rrbapply.gov.in
Step 2. Select the ‘RRB NTPC Apply Online’ link.
Step 3. Enter the required information to log in.
Step 4. After this, a password and registration ID will be generated
Step 5. Now fill the application for RRB NTPC 2024 with the given details.
Step 6. Press “Submit” button.
Step 7. Deposit the application fee.
Step 8. Save and keep the printout of the RRB NTPC Application Form for future records.
RRB NTPC Recruitment: Application Fee
The application fee for RRB NTPC is Rs 500 for all candidates, while for Divyang, Women, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, SC, ST, Minority Community and Economically Backward Classes it is Rs 250. If the candidates appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT), they will be eligible for a partial refund of the application fee.
RRB NTPC Recruitment: Age Limit
To apply for these posts, the age of the candidates should be between 18 to 36 years as on 1 January 2025. Relaxation in maximum age limit will be given to reserved category candidates.

To apply for RRB NTPC posts candidates must be a graduate from a recognized board, university or institute.
RRB NTPC Recruitment: Exam Pattern
The RRB NTPC selection process has three stages Computer Based Test (CBT), the second stage is CBT/Typing Skill Test followed by Document Verification and Medical Test. As per the RRB NTPC syllabus for CBT 1, there will be 100 questions which will include questions from the field of General Awareness, Reasoning and Mathematics.
The first CBT round is a screening stage, and candidates should be aware that their scores will not be included in the final merit list. A shortlist for CBT 2 will be made for those who pass CBT 1. All questions at this point will be multiple choice questions (MCQs), or objective questions.
