B Govindarajan, CEO – Royal Enfield, confirmed development by sharing financial results for Q3 FY2025.
Royal Enfield announced all its new electric sub-brand ‘Flying Pissu’ in EICMA last year and the company also displayed C6 electric motorcycles, C6 electric motorcycles in the incident. The company has now confirmed that Flying Pissu C6 is on its way to hit the market and is about to come around March 2026. First flying flying to arrive in 2026
Talking about the arrival of Flying Pissu C6, B Govindarajan said, “The time around the 2026 will be the time where it will kill the market.”
The Flying Pissu brand is the first sub-brand from the stored motorcycle manufacturer and promises a completely new product line that will provide a distinct identity on RE. The company has established an all-new division for its electric two-wheeler aspirations, which will be built in the EV manufacturing facility of the brand in Vallam Vadgal, Tamil Nadu in India.
Revealing more information, B Govindarajan mentioned that the brand is targeting about 1.5 lakh units per year at the new electric vehicle plant. Flying Pissu C6 is an electric city bike, with a traditional lines of a traditional lines with fully new and modern underpinning. While Royal Enfield has not mentioned the price of C6, there may be retail around the bike 2.5 lakh marks, which keeps it at the premium end of the electric two-wheeler segment.
Royal Enfield acquired a Spanish electric motorcycle manufacturer Stark, playing an important role in the overall development of the brand for EVS. He said, C6 (cruiser) and S6 (scramblers) are different from offerings that are currently on sale.
